Every support request is assigned a unique repair number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
This support system is not intended for information requests. We kindly ask that when you have created a support ticket, you send the suspected faulty items to us for test and eventual repair. If you have more questions, please send an email to [email protected], or [email protected].
